How can you have a proper adventure if you don’t have a catchphrase to say before you go? That’s like a villain not having a needlessly long monologue prepared for when he’s about to kill the hero.
Every good sci-fi adventure needs a catchphrase – but Melvin and Sue seem to be at a loss for words.
Are they excitedly contemplating their move to another world? Maybe they’re laughing because Melvin replaced all the frozen dinners on the rocket seen taking off with day-old burritos and cleaning out the airlock is a bitch? So much for being “first on the launchpad” every stinking time, Chad.
It should be obvious we don’t have a clue what’s going on in this picture. That’s why we need your help.
Oh, and for those of you who are interested, our picture is a riff on the cover image from “Atomic Avenue #1” by artist Glen Orbik (1963-2015). Check out his website to see more of his work.
In Seven Words or Less …
Please supply a catchphrase that sums up the adventure they’re about to have (inappropriate answers welcomed) …
Because “boldly going to infinity and beyond a galaxy far, far away” just doesn’t roll off the tongue.
