Our roving reviewer, Omar, thinks the strong performances, intriguing artistic design and music makes Sylvie’s Love worth watching.

Tessa Thompson stars as Sylvie Parker in Sylvie’s Love.

I just saw the new movie, Sylvie’s Love, starring Tessa Thompson, with Eva Longoria in a supporting role, and wanted to give a review to share with the Post Geek Singularity.

I had read good things about the film before seeing it, and after seeing it, I have to say I liked it.

I really liked all the performances, art design, costumes, hair and makeup, cinematography, soundtrack, and musical score. I thought the best parts in the film were all the scenes between Tessa Thompson and the lead male star, Nnamdi Asomugha. They had really good chemistry, and their relationship felt very believable.

The first half of the second act was a little uninteresting, but the rest of the film made up for it

Overall, I found Sylvie’s Love to be quite good, and would recommend it to those who have not seen it.

Thanks, live long and prosper.
